It took a considerable amount of complaining and begging to access the 12:00 trip. I am very disappointed , to put it mildly, the tour operators seem to prioritise bookings from the cruise lines at the expense of those that book independently via your website and are "bumped" to make room for cruise bookings. Very disappointing to travel 4,200 miles with a confirmed booking that was not honoured.”
